Move, breathe and unwind.

The experience
One hour to move, breathe and unwind
I blend the strength and precision of Pilates with the flow and release of yoga, in one personalised session shaped around whoever turns up on the day. Complete beginners are very welcome, every posture has an easier version, and all mats, props and blankets are provided. We finish with guided relaxation and breathwork — or add a sound bath and drift off completely under a blanket while crystal bowls and chimes carry you into deep rest.

In focus
Healing Walks
A gentle, guided walk in green space — for people who need to move, breathe and be met, without the intensity of a class. Each walk begins with grounding and breath, moves at a kind pace with mindful pauses, and closes with a short stillness or shared reflection. Suitable for all abilities, including those in recovery, bereavement, perinatal transition or burnout.

Walking Creative Healing Tours
A walking journey through beautiful countryside and coast with practice woven in along the route — yoga in a field, breathwork at a viewpoint, voice and sound carried on the wind, and creative, somatic movement wherever the landscape invites it. We walk, we stop, we practise, we talk, and we finish with stillness. Designed for retreat guests, friend groups, teams and anyone who heals better outdoors than in a room. Tours run in the UK and internationally — Spain, Portugal and India — alongside retreat teaching across the world.
