Walking The Way
Slow, mindful walking — as practice, pilgrimage and quiet conversation with yourself.
Walking The Way is a series of guided walking experiences inspired by my own 900 km pilgrimage along the Camino across northern Spain and Portugal. It's walking as movement medicine — for the body, for the nervous system, and for the parts of you that have been waiting for space to be heard.
Each walk weaves together gentle pace, breathwork, intention-setting and shared silence. You don't need to be "fit" — you only need a willingness to slow down and put one foot in front of the other.
3–5 hours through Devon — coastal paths, Dartmoor tors and quiet woodland trails.
2–3 day mindful walking tours along the South West Coast Path and Dartmoor — yoga, breathwork, dance and song woven through.
Small-group sections of the Camino Francés and Portuguese coastal route, fully guided.
New for this season
Long weekends on the South West Coast Path — clifftop trails, hidden coves, wild moorland and tucked-away villages. A blend of slow walking and rich practice, held in small, kind groups.
Cornwall
Three days walking sections of the Cornish coast path — turquoise water, granite cliffs, sea-pinks in spring. Mornings begin with yoga and breathwork on the headland; evenings often end in dance and song around a long table.
Devon
A weekend split between Devon's wild coast and the open spaces of Dartmoor. Day walks layered with meditation, intention setting, visualisation and creative sharing — coming home to yourself, one footstep at a time.
What's woven through every day
Each day balances movement and rest. Some days lean into stillness; others open into dance and song. You're invited into all of it — and free to soften out of any of it.
