Journeys

A life of travel.

The places, paths and people who shaped the way I teach.

A little about me

This page is my bio — a snapshot of two decades as an experienced traveller and adventurer. Movement and travel have always been the same practice for me. I've taught yoga and pilates in jungle palapas, on Mediterranean cliffs, in Polynesian beach huts and Manhattan studios — and travelled to hundreds of countries beyond.

Every place left something in me. You'll feel it in every class, every walk, and every retreat I hold.

Teaching around the world

I've held space in studios, retreats and remote communities across Costa Rica, Corsica, Tahiti, New Zealand and from coast to coast in the United States — all the way to New York City.

900 km on the Camino

I walked the Camino across northern Spain and Portugal — over 900 kilometres of footsteps, blisters, kindness and quiet. It changed how I teach, how I listen, and how I move.

Hiking the Himalayas

Trekked through the Indian Himalayas to visit the highest Shiva temple — thin air, ancient trails, and a stillness you can only reach on foot.

Volunteering in Africa

Lived and volunteered with communities across East Africa — teaching movement, learning humility, and remembering what really matters.

Sailing the oceans

Crossed the South Pacific and the Atlantic by sail, and spent long seasons island-hopping through the Caribbean. The sea is a teacher I'll never stop listening to.
