Usually from £60 — this is your warm welcome.
Book any 1:1 yoga or pilates session at the introductory rate of £45 per hour for your first two months. A gentle way to settle in, build trust and discover what your body needs — without pressure or commitment.
A unique, progressive 1:1 series built entirely around you.
A six-week journey, designed sequence by sequence to meet your body where it is — and gently move it forward. Includes a full postural assessment in week one and a clear, progressive plan that builds strength, mobility and confidence over the block.
